We start our conversation talking about the pivots Nikki made early on in her career path, her continual quest for a job that would fulfill her, and when she finally realized that the positions she’d been pursuing couldn’t be the source of her fulfillment because they didn’t align with her true purpose.
She shares how she learned — and is still learning — to get out of her own way as she passionately follows her dreams and inspires others to do the same.
