Today’s first guest, Linda Mitchell, is the creator of The Sisterhood of Sweat brand. She is also a leading women's health expert, best-selling author, and award-winning fitness competitor who overcame domestic violence. As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a podcast host, she empowers women through health and fitness. 

 

Our other guest, Shelly Mattes, is a healthcare entrepreneur who owns Outpatient Imaging Centers. A cancer survivor turned award-winning fitness competitor, she draws from her diverse experiences as a former modeling agency owner and sports coach.
