What Does True Gender Equality Look Like?

This week’s episode features Tracy Rector and her talk, “Imagine a Matriarchal World.”
Tracy is an award-winning film producer, author, speaker, and survivor who uses her voice to raise awareness of domestic violence. USA Today recognized her film, No Ordinary Love. She’s appeared in events in the US, Asia Pacific, and United Kingdom. Tracy served as board chair of the second largest domestic violence agency in Texas.
In her talk, she explores:
- The idea of a matriarchal world
- A new way to look at inequality and what true gender equality looks like
- The strides we’ve made towards more equality and how far we have to go
- The opportunity leaders have to bring more people to the table
