Today, I’m pulling back the curtain a bit to share with you how I support my one on one clients.

I only take on a handful of one on one clients every single year because I want to give these amazing thought leaders and influential voices my full attention, so that we can work together to go deep and really think outside of the box when it comes to who they are as speakers.

While they all go through the same process during our year together, we are able to use this framework to create exactly what they need to get the results that they desire.

I love these opportunities for really intimate mentorship, direction, coaching, and support. And I’m so excited to share it with you today!

In this episode, we’ll explore:

  • The 3 things I do with all of my 1:1 speaker clients before we even get on our first call
  • How I help my clients move past fears and limiting beliefs
  • Creating goals around big stages, media, and visibility — and how I personally support my clients with these goals
  • The importance of the confidence-competence loop we create inside of our 1:1 container
